Upstyledown was the second studio album by 28 Days, released in 2000. It debuted at No. 1 on the Australian ARIA Albums Chart and went to achieve platinum status. The album spawned hit tracks such as ‘Sucker’, ‘Goodbye’, ‘Rip It Up’ & ‘Song For Jasmine’. This solidified the Days as bona fide with a string of radio hits, which saw them grow from their beginnings as a Melbourne pub band to a household name.

Touring constantly and playing the big festivals around Australia, including Livid, Homebake, Big Day Out, Falls, Push and on and on – they came, you saw and now everyone knew that the Melbourne crew could kick it live as well as on the charts.

New lease, reinvigorated – whichever way you see it – 28 Days are all about the music. Looking forward to getting back on the road & visiting the faithful 28 Days are pleased to announce the Upstyledown Tour – storming the nation, smashing venues & doing what they do best. Showing the shoe gazers how it’s really done you better believe this is a full-scale tour not to be missed!

The Upstyledown Tour kicks off in Perth on Friday 19 April and sees the Days take in Geelong, Sydney, Newcastle, Brisbane, Adelaide and finish up in their home town of Melbourne on the 10 May. Tickets go on sale 22 Feb.

Come and see how it should be done….passionately – and to drink piss and laugh your ass off. 28 Days are Jay Dunne (vocals), Simon Hepburn (guitar), Damian Gardiner (bass), Jedi Master Jay (turntables) and Dan Kerby (drums). Support comes in the form of Evil Eddie and Take Your Own, showing off tracks from their freshly released ‘Open Water.’
