Up until today, like most of our readers, I had never heard of Perth based outfit Take it or Leave it. While the band has been around for a few years now, they sent across a copy of their new single today, and I get the feeling a whole lot more people are going to know who these guys are very soon.

If you are a fan of your mosh metal, have a listen to this track. With a heap of grove, and shredding, the new material from these guys is certainly going to catch the attention of a lot of people.
