As you all know, we enjoy nothing more that being able to give our fans more new music from exciting young bands from around the country. The latest band we are Introducing for you are Your Demise from Tasmania.
Although they have been around for a few years now the band are only just now about to release their debut full length album! As a special treat we have a new track from the guys to share with you to get a taste of what to expect from the album. Check it out below.
Officially finding their footings in late 2005, Your Demise have played countless lives shows including support slotswith international acts such as Against Me!,NOFX, Strike Anywhere and Strung Out.
In 2009 Your Demise released their debut EP ‘This Road Takes Me Home’. The EP, produced by Nic White from The Scandal/Ride The Tiger, was described by Blunt Magazine as a combination of the raw energy of mid-nineties hardcore acts with the rough melodic edge of early Hot Water Music.
Your Demise have just wrapped up recording their debut full length album ‘Brothers In Arms’. Once again working with Nic White, the new album builds on the more melodic song writing moments from This Road Takes Me Home. The album is set to be released on March 19 and is to be backed by a run of live shows beginning with an East Coast tour in the coming months.
