After releasing their cracking ‘Extended Family‘ debut album back in September, Tasmanian wild-men Luca Brasi are finally taking their punk-rock carnival on the road, hitting Brisbane, Hobart, Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide during January / February 2012. As well as stopping off to play this year’s Blood, Sweat & Beers fest in Sydney, Luca Brasi also plan to add some ‘last minute’ all-ages / DIY shows along the way – keep checking their Facebook page for details.
Cavalcade are a four piece Melbourne band, delivering an exciting brand of fast and technical melodic punk rock. Forming late last 2010, the band has been hard at work, playing a string of shows across the country, and playing with some of Australia’s best punk and hardcore bands, such as 28 days, Stolen Youth, Grenadiers, Fires Of Waco, Phantoms, Headaches, Carpathian and The Gun Runners, as well as international acts such as Balance & Composure (USA), Make Do & Mend (USA), and Rufio (USA). The band are set to release a split EP with fellow Melbourne band strickland in early 2012 and a full length debut later on in the year.
